There's No Place Like Home...

I am home.
Back from my vacation
to Eau Claire.
Visited family and friends.
Am so happy that I went.
But, am happy to be home.
Ya know?

Here's a photo of me Mum...
She has Parkinson's Disease.
At 82 years of age, she is doing alright.

I think she is beautiful.

That is the only photo I took.
Oh!  It snowed while I was there...
9 inches worth.
On May 2...really???
Yeah, and did I even think to
take a photo of my car buried
under all that snow?
Nope.
What?

I've spent today doing nothing.
Well, if watching tv is doing nothing.

Must do something tomorrow.
Stay tuned.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.". Jeremiah 29:11

Sometimes it is good to do nothing but relax and take some me time. It sounds like you had a good time with your family and no, we don't want anymore snow.

I am home too. Finally, after six months of travelling, making other places "home", but it isn't the same as HOME HOME.
My mom has Parkinson's also. She really doesn't talk anymore but still manages to communicate and she is going on 95.
Take photos, it is our memories.

Snow? It's ever so lovely to go away, but just as lovely to return home. That's one good looking son you have!! Hugs, Julie.
