Pneumonia.

Never had it before.  Started with a scratchy throat and deep dry cough on Thursday night.  Went out of town as planned...ask me how much fun I had visiting while this pneumonia developed?!  I did make it to The Calico Shoppe and bought some fabric.  Good thing my BFF Janer was with me...I pretty much knew what I wanted and she got it all for me.  Thanks, Janer!

Went to Urgent Care this a.m....Plenty of fluids.  Antibiotics.  Inhaler.  Cough Medicine.  Blah!!  Off to bed for more rest.

Photos and more info later in the week.  Promise.

Oh Jacque and here I thought you were sewing up a storm! You get plenty of rest, fluids and chicken soup - Have Tag give you a few good rubs and snuggles!

Feel better soon

Sounds like you really do have a bestest friend who knows your needs (fabric that is!!)

Here's to a quick recovery Jacque, I wouldn't want to share that kind of sickness with you!!!
I'm sure Tag will be at your side...

I will be praying for you. Just rest and rest and rest some more. Nothing worse than being sick in the summer but to have pneumonia is horrible.
I am glad you got to go out of town even if it was brief.
So sorry,
I am sending a giant hug OOO or maybe three.

Jacque,
Oh no, not pneumonia!! Please, please be sure you rest. And that does not mean you get out of bed and off to work when you start to feel well. No, wait a few more days as pneumonia is no picnic at our age. You are only allowed to read and stroke Tag's head. I am confident he is right by your side. This is serious stuff and we need you well!

I had that not too long ago and no fun. Do not do anything that causes you to exert energy. Love you Joyce

Jacque, I'm sure hoping you're feeling better by now but I sincerely doubt it. This one is gonna take a while to get over and get back to yourself. I hope you're resting and taking good care of yourself!

No computer time for me lately. Got back Sunday from a performance in Kanopolis (SW KS) and have another performance coming up in Junction City, KS this weekend. Four days of trail riding left me with another set of huge butt blisters so I'm sittin' kinda gingerly. But I need to be saddle ready by Saturday.

Hang in there, sweetie. I hope Tag is staying close and giving you comfort.
