I got a few things done...this being one of them.
Holy Schmoly! That red is red!
I was a bit worried about it bleeding
onto the light backing, so
I used a color catcher sheet...
and no bleeding!

I have another table runner all put together...
need to handsew the binding on.
Hope you had a great day!

That red is absolutely gorgeous and with the other coolrs - ooh la la! Jacque - love the pinwheel too - and how you quilted it - my bed quilt is quilted like that - i think my Mom called it the jigsaw pattern as it looks like a puzzle! You are amazing with your creativity!
Oh dear - never heard of those color catches - sounds like something I need to have on hand!
Love the design and the bright red, really looks nice with the pinwheels.

Thanks for the color catcher info! I checked it out and will get some. I have a few things that bleed every single time I wash! Joyce
the pinwheels are wonderful...love those color catchers...I washed a few older quilts recently and tossed in 2 sheets for each...no bleeding, but the sheets came out hideous!
can't wait to see what you're up to next...
Gorgeous little quiltie! LOVE that red! And the color of the pinwheels work so well with it! Thanks for the color grabber info... I keep forgetting to pick some of that up...
This color catcher product is new to me -- I often wonder how do they keep those deep reds and purples from bleedig on to the other colors -- good to know -- see I can learn a lot from a blog - your super wondrful to share with your viewer!
