Donations NEEDED!

Any size, any amount, lump sum, monthly payment.  Whatever works best for you.

Yeah.  So.  I went for my first visit to the fitness center yesterday.  Nice!  I did some cycling and then some strength stuff...worked my back, my lats, my bis, my tris, my blah, blah, blah.  Today was the appointment to have my body assessed.  ha!  What a  hoot!  Actually.  They're kinda mean.  The fitness place.  They signed me up with a young hot hard-bodied boy!  To assess me.  How unfair. EMT/volunteer fireman (just like my son).  Just adorable.  And, by the way, has PSALM 91 tattooed on his left forearm (not the entire psalm, but the words, 'psalm 91').  Made me smile even more!  Anyway.  I totally left my inhibitions at the door, so the hour with Mike was more fun than embarrassing.  It was also very interesting.  I learned a lot, did a lot and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I am more flexible than he thought I would be.

Okay.  The donations.  Needed!!!  So that I can have Mike be my personal trainer.

I am just kidding.  Well, I do want a personal trainer, but it's very, very expensive.  So, I'll pass.  For now.  Until I strike it rich.  Or, win the lottery!

Must leave something for you to look at...
so here's a photo of my current project.

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with all thy might. - Ecclesiastes 9:10

Jacque ~
If I had a personal trainer to MAKE me exercise, I might consider it. Don't have the willpower to do it on my own :(
Good luck to you!
Hugs :)

Good for you heading off to the gym all by yourself, I give you a whole lot of credit! BTW love the colors in your latest creation. Is it snowing in your neck of the woods?

I love those colors, how so sweet and pretty. I might have to find some colors like that for my new grand daughter. I can just see a new baby all snuggled in.
BTW you have more nerve that me. That is cute though and I am glad you had fun. I think you are the cute one. :)

Glad your getting healthy. Psalm 91 was my grandma's favorite chapter in the Bible. She knew it by heart.

I miss going to the spa, loved swimming.
Figured I could work out at home and save the money, now if I will just work out, lol. Lots of snow though, so might try to cc ski this week and see how my body takes it.

Way to go on breaking thru the first hurdle - just getting there and getting thru the embarrassment (at least for me) of getting "assessed"! (Sounds like a car???) I know you can do this! I'm proud of you - eat lots of lollipops (helps with the quitting)

Good for you Jacque! Psalm 91 in one of my favorites. I love those little signs from above. I'm sure his tattoo put you at ease a little bit, didn't it? The quilt is looking good too.
