Yay!!!
A GIVEAWAY!!!
For no special reason.
Just that I made this small quilt
and want to share it with one of you.
This small quilt is made up of 2.5"
red, blue, green and brown squares
and measures ~17 inches
square.
I quilted it with straight lines...
one on each side of every seam.
It
has not been laundered...
thought I would leave that up to the winner.
I
will include care instructions.
This will be quick and easy.
Just leave a comment on this post...
telling me why Fall is special to you.
It is not my favorite season...
mostly because it seems short...
and it is followed by the dreaded winter!
(I do, however, love the colors of fall!)
**Entries are now closed...thank you!**
Please ensure that you are reachable by email.
Good Luck!

Jacque, what a wonderful giveaway, I would love to win. Fall is my favorite season. I love everything Fall has to offer. The sights and sounds, the colors, making pies, hearing the geese fly over, but most importantly preparing the "nest" for winter. It is the time of year when I feel most connected to those settlers from long ago. Blessings, Julie.
Fall is my favorite because the heat of summer is gone, I feel revived and ready to hook rugs, enjoy the beautiful colors of fall in the trees, the "feeling" in the air and the smell of fall, and the beautiful fall colors of wool!!
Thanks for the opportunity to win a beautiful quilt by you. I've always wanted one of your quilts. This is a beauty!! Very generous and thank you Jacque.
hugsto you

I love fall for the colors - the oranges and rusts and reds. When I lived in Ohio I really enjoyed the leaves changing colors, now here in Georgia, the leaves turn brown in about November, but I do like the cooler weather - you know, below 90.
Oooooh I love your little quilt.
I love your little quilt.
Beautiful.
I love Fall most all. My whole being seems to come alive and sing this time of year. The chilly sweater weather, the rich colors of the leaves and making memories by the fire with my Family.
(furry ones too)
Fall Blessings

P.s I love winter too

Jacque ~
I like fall but I just hate what comes after it!
Even though a person can no longer do it, I just love the smell of burning leaves.
Hugs :)

Hello Jacque, I will enter, I love everything you make. What is special about fall? Well, I don't know we haven't had any fall yet. It was 105 today.
I am getting a little loopy.
But when it gets here, my favorite things are the pumpkins, the fire in the fireplace and being able to sit and sew and stare into the flames.
What have you been doing?
Oooh..I love your quilt! Please include me in your giveaway. I'm a follower already.

OFall is my favorite season. I love the cooler weather, the colors, the holidays. We have 3 birthdays in October to celebrate so that is great too. I have always felt that the fall was the start of the year, probably because of school starting.
I would love your little quilt to live in my house. As a non quilter I appreciate the work involved. Please enter me in your giveaway
So cute! And who wouldn't want a prize such as this? I do
Here are some of the reasons I love Fall: my birthday month, loved going back to school when I was a kid, warm days, cool nights, layering of clothes and boots... I could go on and on.. I love Fall..
Hi Auntie!! I love the quilt and would like to be entered!! I love Fall because of the colorful leaves and the cooler weather. The colors of the leaves are just so beautiful and lovely. I love when you see many different trees with different colors, all in a group. It looks really nice to see a grouping of trees and several colors. I just think it is a fun time of year!! Jody :)
Why do I love fall? I love the smell of fall (leaves, woodburning fires), the tastes of fall (pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie) and the clothes of fall (sweaters, flannel jammies)! Thanks for the chance to win.
