Low Humidity + regained energy =

a productive day!
YAY!

Gave Tag  a bath.
Mountains of laundry washed/dried.
Quilted my second dqs9 quilt.
Vacuumed.

Feels good to get stuff done.
And, I'm not finished, yet!

Here's the quilting on this one...
big flower in the middle & pebbles around the hst's.
Straight line quilting on the outside border.

My friend, Erin
(my 'we double rock swap' partner from last year)
over at Why Not Sew?
just opened her etsy shop.
Her work is awesome...and those
pincushions with thread catchers are a must-have!!!

It sounds like you are getting back to normal. I am so glad, you were so sick for so long.

You amaze me with how much you still got done while you were sick. But well you are a tornado!!!

You are just a mover today!!!
I checked out the pin cushion and basket!!! Very cute!!! What a great idea, I hate having thread laying on my table or it falls on the floor. Do you know what size the cushio and basket are? It did not say in her description. Very cool gift idea!!!

As far as I know from our conversations, I need you to make me a quilt for Trent, one for Alyssa and 2 carry cots all by Christmas?
Does that sound right?
As soon as I have money to order the material then you can be busy with those items!!! Have to keep my sister busy! Joyce :)

What a productive day you had! So glad you are getting your energy back.
Hopefully our weather will finally break and I'll get some of my energy back. It's after 8pm and still 90 degrees. I love summer, but this summer has been a bit too much!
Hugs :)

You know Jaque, it's supposed to be hot and humid with haze in the sky...it is summer after all.
We also have had humidity...but as a Canadian we are supposed to complain of the weather...never satisfied usually.
My westie needs a bath so badly! He is grey, not white!
