Watched my lawn care specialist mow the yard yesterday...she does a great job. Cayley really didn't want me to take a picture of her...
And, what in the heck are these? It was pretty cold here last week...even into the 30's at night...yet here they are. They look like velvet...anyone know?

Nice pic of the lawn care specialist! I have a flowering plant that just came up last month and yesterday had over 6 blossoms on it and I don't know where it came from or what it is either. It is all sandy under my stairway and there in the middle is this beautiful plant.

From this angle of your photo, those flowers look like snap dragons!? But.. it might just be the angle? Can you get a close up of one of the buds/flowers?

Those are snapdragons...pinch one in the center from the sides and it looks like a dragon's mouth. My grandma used to have them all over...can't believe you didn't just ask me...lol...

Oh, forgot to say when you pinch them, they open, therefore, looking like a dragon's mouth, but then you would have seen it for yourself...I think they will have yellow in the centers...
