Purple People Eater...

What exactly is a purple people eater, anyway?

"I said Mr Purple People Eater, what's your line?
He said eating purple people, and it sure is fine
But that's not the reason that I came to land
I wanna get a job in a rock 'n roll band!"
If you want to know more, click here.

For your viewing pleasure,
here's the purple tote.

That's all I got done this weekend.

It was a weekend full of ups & downs.
Started off with Kaylynn calling me.
That girl sure makes my heart sing!
Chatted with son Paul for a good bit, too.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A dear, dear friend of mine has lung cancer.
It was caught early on, so she tells me
that it's treatable and curable.
I talked with her yesterday.
 She's going through chemotherapy
and radiation treatments right now.
Feeling good and is healthy in all other respects.
I will be praying for her health and comfort.
I love her so.
Guess what else I'll be doing for her?
Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with all thy might. - Ecclesiastes 9:10
Love the purple back, great colors for a tote.
I am getting sewing withdrawal, I need my machine, lol. Now that I need it, of course. My old one has no way to wind the bobbin, so thinking I might need a bobbin winder, since my good machine winds badly.
I am glad your friend was able to catch it in time, that is one cancer that is not good.
Making her a quilt? I love your purple bag. That is just gorgeous. I am so sorry about your friend. I will be praying for her too. My uncle had it and they got it in time and he is still good.
I am glad your grand daughter called and you got to talk to your son this weekend. There is just something about family.
You sound good. I am glad. I have been chopping weeds for two hours now I have to take a shower, I am a fright. :)
Gosh and golly gee...I love that tote! I trust you are planning some lovely stitched comfort for your friend. I'll add her to the prayer list, if that's okay. I'm glad they've caught it early.
You are always creating, creating, creating...with such lovely energy!
Purple...I have so much purple homespun, and you are delving into the purple haze as well...perhaps a nod to spring?
Have a wonderful evening.
Blessings,
Courtney
Love the beautiful tote! My aunt is being treated for lung cancer too, certainly not easy, but she has the determination one needs to make it through. Sending prayers to your friend. Blessings.
