Answer: Shocked & Kicked...

Question:
What do you get when you
run through an electric fence
into a horse pasture?

Yup.
That's what Tag did.
Got off his cable.
Ran to the pasture that is
enclosed with electric fence...
and Twist kicked him.

What was Tag thinking?
Twist outweighs him by
several hundred pounds!
I mean, really.

No reason to worry, Tag is fine.
Given half a chance,
he'd probably try it again, though.
Brown dog = mud for brains.
Some of the time.

Had the nerve to ask for a treat when
I brought him into the house.

As if.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Other than that, it's been a very quiet weekend.
Talked with all 3 of my sisters.
Sewed.
Got 4 blocks done for Paul's & Rachel's quilt.
Finished quilting Carole's quilt last night.
Machine stitched the binding on and am
about half done hand sewing it to the back.
Watching 'Friends' while doing that.
(I have all but the last 3 seasons.)
Sometimes, laughing so hard, I cannot sew.
Will show photos in another few days.
Hope your weekend was great!
I have really enjoyed visiting your site tonight. So many things to check out. I enjoyed your rug photos. I have just started rug hooking myself. I have been quilting for years. I will be back. Thanks, Lisa
Whoa, Tag was lucky. Hopefully he learned his lesson! Those quilt blocks look so great. I absolutely love that black/white fabric.
Wow Poor Tag!! That is a beautiful horse. I thought at first you were going to say it was you. I am the only one who ever got shocked by our electric fence. Your quilt blocks look great. My kids watch friend but they just get the seasons from Netflix. It is nice you talked to all three of your sisters today. I didn't know you had three sisters. How nice. I only have one sister but I have 4 brothers.
Have a great week next week.
Personally I think "mud for brains" should have gotten a treat for survival of the fittest!
I'm with Janer - treats all around! LOL Poor baby! (Okay Okay I know he shouldn't have gone there)
You've been busy - great quilts!
Can you believe I never ever saw even one episode of Friends!
Lots of wonderful quilts almost done, you have been busy. Poor tag, I had a shepherd that liked to run with our neighbors draft horses, talk about big. But he was a large shepherd and grew up around horses, he just wanted to play;)
Glad Tag is ok and I'm sure he learned from this. (hope anyway :))
You certainly have been busy! All your quilts are so wonderful. You have such a knack for color and combo's. Wish I had that in me!!
I'll wager that stupid dog was wondering what the fuss was about. I have a westie who lacks some brains too.
Love the blocks, and more blocks, which tells me you've been busy!
Oh the first day of kindergarten that you posted reminded me of those days! Granddaughter is now at University...yikes, I'm getting old!
I am so glad your dog is okay! We actually got the dog we had for 12 years because Maggie was bad to chase her owner's horses. So they sold her to us! :) She was such a sweet girl...died just a few months ago. :(
Thanks for your comment at my blog. :) You are always so encouraging.
Have a great night!
Love and prayers,
K
