Janer's Visit - Day 4 & Good-bye!!!

Last night, Janer decided we needed to add this dresser (to store ongoing/unfinished projects in) & the Boston rocker to the dining room. The walls are not quite as bright as they look, but they are awfully bright. We put the sheepie table Janer painted for me out in the living room...These are the paint colors we decided on...Janer will come back sometime before summer's end to paint the kitchen & dining room.

Day 4 -
Today. We sat around in our pajamas and gabbed the morning away. Janer was sad when saying good-bye to the dogs.
Got to the bus depot in plenty of time, though the Greyhound desk person told Janer that she was supposed to have been there an hour ahead of time. Plenty of room on the bus, so no biggie.

Bye, Janer...thank you for 'The Shepherdess', the birdhouse, the wool (dark value pieces bought at the hook-in), the help with the decor...and all the great conversation. I am so proud of you. And, miss you already. I love you!

Jacque, it's wonderful that you have such a fantastic relationship with Janer. I am lucky to have two good, close friends but neither one of them would hold a candle to your relationship. How blessed you are to have her in your life.

I love you too Jacque, and of course miss ALL of you already! Buffycat is SO happy to have his Momma home tho...had a wonderful time in every aspect, and look forward to coming again...thank you for being proud of me...I'm pretty proud of myself too! I realize alot of people won't understand what we're talking about, but that's ok, BFF's have to have some secrets!
Love

Trudy...thank you so much for your kind words. Janer and I have been friends since high school...almost 40 years! We know each other inside and out and we have been through EVERYTHING with each other. Janer lives 3+ hours from me and we don't see each other often, but we are always in contact.

Jacque,
Looks like you and Janer had a fine time....too bad she doesn't live closer.

It made me sad to see Janer leaving too. If I sent her a ticket would she come up here and help me with my house???? You guys did a great job! Glad you had fun and I will see you and her both in the fall sometime around the holidays I hope.
