Moving On...

Just a quick note from my work computer...

Garage sale was this past weekend, and was only mildly successful.  But, I am okay with that...just need to pack it all up for St. Vincent's.  At least I don't have to move all of that stuff and find room for it in my small apartment.

The big move will take place this weekend...I am going from a 3 bedroom ranch house to a 1 bedroom apartment.  There are a lot of things that won't be taken to the apartment...I am hoping I will have enough room for what I want/need to take.  I am definitely going for the non-cluttered look this time.  (ha!...we shall see how that goes!)

Sewing will be done on my dining room table.  No more sewing room.  I guess I'll need to be much more organized.  {grin}

If you're wondering about the red/aqua wonky star quilt blocks, I have 18 left to make.  But, I need Kona solids in aqua and red to make those.  And, yes, I completed several that I haven't shown here.

That's all for now...my supervisor is giving me the eye.  {grin}  Not really.

See you on the other side!

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."    Jeremiah 29:11

Glad you posted an update, I've been wondering how you were doing! Hope Tag likes the new digs, but probably will just be happy to be at your feet wherever it is ~

I was thinking of you all weekend and hoping that everything is falling into place for you. Going from a 3 bedroom ranch down to a 1 bedroom apt is not going to be easy... but, on the flip side... there will be less to clean? Hugs to you!

So glad you posted. You have been on my mind and just yesterday I was looking at my sewing machine and I was just thinking about you and wondering if you had moved yet.
I pray for you daily, so I am glad you updated.
You always have the best attitude, even though I know it is hard.
I would be clinging to that verse at the bottom of your page. I know He has wonderful plans for you. :)

I am happy to hear that you found a place but sad that you couldn't find a larger place. I'd be tempted to make my bedroom into a sewing room, who needs to sleep, lol.

Finally thought to read your blog to see what's up...lots to do in a short time...my prayers are with you.
Hope you are able to find room for the sheep table and collie table...hope the move goes well and will be anxious to hear what the details are of your Mom and Julie.
God bless, look forward to hearing from you when it works for you.
Love,
Janer
